SERIES ROMANCE |4| Anamaria Akins

REVIEW: Ayanna Walker’s life is her job and raising her two nephews Alec and Cameron. She works for Hunter Construction and is very close to the Phillips family who think of her and her sons as family. She, barley has time to remember she has a passionate side, until she encounters Johnny Phillips.

Unattached workaholic attorney Johnny Phillips travels the world dating women with no long term commitments. Upon meeting Ayanna for a second time Johnny, rethinks his 'no-long-term-commitment' policy and realizes she just might be the one. A deep love develops for Johnny’s taking him to new levels of intimacy. But Ayanna is only focused on just the moment which in her mind is just a summer fling.

The chemistry between Ayanna and Johnny is electrifying. The smooth flow of the dialogue and the detailed description of the settings of Chicago and the Carolinas helps the reader develop an understanding for all main and supporting characters, within the novel. The characters are very down to earth and genuine. They show their true feelings without hesitation and are very loyal and caring to each other.

Ms. Schuster has stamped this novel with her special blend of romanticism and the result is a page-turner. I highly recommend A CASE FOR ROMANCE to others for their reading enjoyment.
