The history between
Alex, Zach and Sammy, Alex’s deceased father, is deep; especially when
you discover how he manipulated both of their lives and the problems he
caused them over the years. The supporting characters, and their
familial ties, help develop the relationship between the major
characters while working through their own dysfunction.
I truly enjoyed reading BODY OF LIES, it was hard to put down. The
description of areas in the neighboring boroughs surrounding New York
allows you to picture it clearly in your mind. The plot and the
sub-plots keep you wondering what is going to happen next, and even when
you think you have it figured out, you realize you are wrong. If you
enjoy a little romance with you mystery, you will enjoy this book.
