SYNOPSIS: Claire is a happily married mother of three, whose life seems picture perfect until she suspects her husband of 16 years of having an affair. With the help of her quirky friends, Claire gets to the bottom of it, but they uncover much more than she bargains for. When she believes she has sufficient proof, Claire decides on the most obvious course of action: she must kill her husband.

REVIEW:  Claire Hudgens has been married to her husband George for the last sixteen years. She believes that they have a great marriage until her husband gives her an expensive diamond necklace for their anniversary that she never asked for.

Claire then sets out to prove that her husband is cheating on her, and when the evidence begins to mount she decides that the only way she can ever get revenge is “To Kill Her Husband.” Claire, along with her two friends and an unlikely ally, set out, with the help of her attorney, to make sure that George thinks twice before ever trying to cheat on another woman.

How To Kill Your Husband is set in Overbrook Meadows, TX, a suburb in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. The plot starts out a little slow, but picks up speed rather quickly and becomes a serious page turner. The cast of characters are woven seamlessly together and they complement each other well. Claire walks you through every emotion, and there are times when you want to laugh or cry.

Mr. Walker has written a great story about a woman surviving a cheating spouse and a divorce while remembering to love herself and learning to love and trust again. I really enjoyed it.
