REVIEW#2

Nina Carpenter is a strong, beautiful and cultured woman. She’s an artist who’s totally committed to her art. However, her marriage isn’t going as well as she feels it should--definitely not as well as her painting.

Tony Carpenter is her handsome husband a he’s a great provider. He’s everything any woman could ever want in a husband. He’s also a hard worker who puts plenty of time into making his jazz club successful. But that becomes a problem when his business drives a wedge between he and his wife.

Tony desperately loves Nina and he won’t stand for anything or anyone to destroy his marriage, so he begins to wonder if having the club and all of its demands is wise. It takes a family tragedy to help him finalize his decision.

LOVE NOTES is an excellent novel. It’s an all-night read that will have you hooked until you’ve read the last word. The plot moves quickly and each of the well-drawn characters will work their way into your heart. Each one moves the story forward and is integral to the overall plot. Take one of then out and the story would fall apart as they work so well together.

An extra-added treat is a business plan about having a happy marriage and working as a team. Esdaile cleverly plants it within the plot and Tony’s wise, old father outlines it during one of their man-to-man talks. That’s just one example of some of the great stuff found in the pages of LOVE NOTES. If you’re looking for a wonderful novel that will keep you riveted to your seat and will truthfully speak to the issues that many couples deal with in marriage, read LOVE NOTES. You won’t be disappointed!
