REVIEW: Ryan Mitchell lost her husband in a
tragic accident, and since then she has found solace in her work as a
professional set designer. Keir Southhall is a recently divorced father
of two and the owner of the Hollywood production company where Ryan now
works. Keir is drawn to Ryan while looking down onto the studio floor
from his office.
Ryan just wants to come to work, do her job and go home. She has no
intention of compromising her reputation by becoming involved in an on
the job romance. That is until she meets the boss, and realizes that
he’s as attracted to her as she is to him. Ryan fears that people will
think that she’s getting special treatment because she’s dating the
boss. Keir could care less what her co-worker’s think. He’s just
interested in giving Ryan everything her heart desires.
NOW UNTIL FOREVER gives you a glimpse into the action that takes place
behind the scenes life of a television series, and what it takes to make
it all happen. The main character was a little too emotional and
immature for me. She spent too much time sabotaging her relationship
instead of thinking how her actions were affecting those she professed
to care about. I also didn’t care for the way she handled the daughter’s
behavior in the beginning. This book was just okay for me.
