Kevin is a new employee with West Investigations and his first assignment is to find the Vipere ruby. He never expected to see the woman he still loves or having to prove her innocence of any wrong doing and clear her name.
UNDER LOCK AND KEY is a good read with mystery and twists and turns to keep you guessing as to what is going on. Maggie Scott is being targeted for theft and murder. Kevin Lombard, an old flame of Maggie’s makes himself her personal bodyguard when her life is threatened. No harm would come to Maggie on his watch. There is still the question as to why someone would hurt her. To the best of her recollection, Maggie has never hurt anyone. All of this and other things runs through her mind as she tries to figure out why this is happening to her. When the culprit is finally revealed, it is a surprise to everyone, especially Maggie. This page-turner will keep you rooted to see what happens next. As usual this author has created a spellbinding story, hooking you from the beginning. With wonderful characters, the suspense that keeps you on the edge and the rekindling of Maggie and Kevin’s relationship, this book does not disappoint.
UNDER LOCK AND KEY is a great addition to the West Investigation Series. Although this book is a part of a series it can be read as a stand alone because each story is individual. The author did a great job. Make sure you grab this one and add it to your growing library.
